It can take up to 14 working days for your return to be received and processed by our warehouse. Please retain your proof of postage until you receive email confirmation your return has been processed. Our customer care team are unable to investigate your return until the 14 working days have passed.
We are unable to cancel or amend an order once placed and would advise to return for a full refund once received.
If you have forgotten to add a promotional code and your order has not yet been dispatched please call us so that we can re-place your order with the promotion included. If your order has already been dispatched the best course of action is to place a new order and return your original. If you have recently missed a sale or promotion please provide us with your order details.
