It’s easy to use Klarna as payment for your order on Whistles – here’s how:

1.Once you’ve added your product(s) to your shopping cart, go to the bag emoticon and select “Checkout Securely”.
2. Fill in your delivery address information and select your shipping method.
3. During checkout, select Klarna as your payment method and select to either pay for your order in 30 days or in three instalments.

  • Pay Later: This option gives you up to 30 days to pay once your order has been shipped. You’ll pay no fees or interest when you pay within the 30 day period.
  • Pay in 3:This option will take you to an external page where you can complete your purchase with Klarna. You can split your purchase into three payments, where the first instalment will be taken from your card when you place your order. The next two remaining payments will be automatically charged 30 and 60 days later. You’ll get notifications when your payment is due and when it’s collected.

    • 4. Fill in the required payment details and complete your order.
    5. Klarna will email you about your payment.
  • Pay Later: Klarna will email you an invoice and payment steps.
  • Pay in 3: After collecting your first instalment, Klarna will email you the payment schedule. You can view and manage your payments in the Klarna App.

    Will I be charged any interest or fees?

    If you make your repayments on time, Klarna will not charge any interest or fees. Please note that late fees apply if you miss your repayments.

    If I paid in instalments, how do I get my refund?

    Klarna will process your refund directly. Here's how refunds work for orders paid in instalments:

  • Full refund: If you return your order for a full refund, Klarna will refund any completed payments, and any remaining payments will be cancelled.
  • Partial refund: Your refund amount is first applied to any remaining balance on your plan. If your refund is more than the remaining balance, you'll be refunded the difference. If it's less, the refund will be split across your remaining payments.


    • Will I have to confirm payment for every instalment?

    No, Klarna will charge you automatically for each instalment (initial payment, day 30 and day 60). You'll be notified through Klarna App push notifications.

    Payment methods

    We accept PayPal and payment cards including: Visa Debit, MasterCard, and American Express. Security checks will be conducted against any submitted payment details. Payment shall be taken on the day your order is placed with us and this will be confirmed to you by email when we email you to confirm your order.

    We use Adyen, a payment service provider, to process any credit/ debit transactions you may make on our behalf. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your payment transaction details. You are responsible for ensuring that the email address and other contact details you provide to us are correct. We will not be responsible if you do not receive the dispatch note, email or other confirmation from us because the details you have supplied are incorrect or in the event of communication failure beyond our control.
