Behind the design

An open mind changes how you see the familiar.

For AW26, Design Director Mo Riach shares how curiosity, unexpected ideas and a distinctly London point of view are shaping a new Whistles wardrobe.

Through a London lens

“London has always been part of the Whistles DNA. It’s confident, creative and instinctive, bringing different influences and eras together in a way that feels entirely its own.”

High meets low

High-low dressing brings an instinctive ease to AW26, mixing tailoring with denim, feminine silhouettes with masculine styling, and polished pieces with the everyday.

The look: Sequins, leather and a neon yellow cashmere.

The look: A painterly check, draped and drawn in at the waist.

Reworking the familiar

Unexpected details, less-obvious pairings, and fresh colour combinations bring a new perspective to familiar silhouettes, inviting you to wear them your way.

Nobody's watching the clock. The plates keep coming, the carafe keeps emptying.

Designed with you in mind

“She knows herself, but she’s still open to discovering something unexpected. We want to give her something a little different and have her think, ‘Actually, why not?’”

From our studio, to your wardrobe.

Over lunch at our London office, we sat down with Mo to talk about what it means to keep an open mind.
