I ordered 4 jewellery items - separate presents for upcoming birthday presents for my sisters and daughter - I only received one jewellery pouch and when I emailed to ask if I could get another 3, I was told to wait until the shops open and to try them to see if they could help! I thought the response was pretty appalling - seemed more like they wanted me to go to the shop! I responded to say that as per my message, this wld make me miss my sisters birthday and I then got another email to say that they could post these out but due to the delay in the stupid emails, it was now too late! I was a regular whistles buyer but that will change now!
