Regrettably, we do not deliver to PO BOX or BFPO addresses.

We always aim to deliver your order within timeframe specified to ensure seamless shopping experience, however there may be instances of delays that are, unfortunately, beyond our control. In such cases, delays to your order will be communicated by our carrier – DHL.

It can take between 1-4 working days (not including weekends and national holidays) for us to prepare a package for shipping. Once your order ships, you should be sent an auto-email containing tracking information. If for any reason it is determined the parcel is lost in transit, you will be issued a full refund.

All parcels are shipped directly from our warehouses in the UK, therefore some orders may be liable for Custom Duty and local taxes this will be charged at checkout.
Please note, Global-e may send your order in multiple parcels in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will be provided with a separate tracking number for each. delivery
