    Due to an ongoing strike affecting DHL Express operations in Canada, we are currently unable to process or ship any orders to the country. We are closely monitoring the situation to resume services as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.


  • We offer free express shipping to the United States on all orders above $300. Shipping on orders under $300 costs $8. Allow up to 2-3 working days.
  • We ship to all US states. Regrettably, we do not deliver to PO BOX or BFPO addresses.
  • We have teamed up with Global E who are our international partner that allow us to offer a fast and secure local market experience.
  • We always aim to deliver your order within timeframe specified to ensure seamless shopping experience, however there may be instances of delays that are, unfortunately, beyond our control. In such cases, delays to your order will be communicated by our carrier – DHL.
  • If there has been no update on the tracking information for more than 5 working days, please Click here, scroll down, and click on "Contact Us" button to open the investigation.
  • It can take between 1-4 working days (not including weekends and national holidays) for us to prepare a package for shipping. Once your order ships, you should be sent an auto-email containing tracking information. However, if you haven't received such email after 4 working days, please Click here, scroll down, and click on "Contact Us" button to open the investigation. If for any reason it is determined the parcel is lost in transit, you will be issued a full refund.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, Global-e will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking details, or you may track your order by using the Global-E Shipping portal Click here
  • All parcels are shipped directly from our warehouses in the UK, therefore some orders may be liable for Custom Duty and local taxes this will be charged at checkout.
  • Please note, Global-e may send your order in multiple parcels in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will be provided with a separate tracking number for each delivery
  • Global-e’s policy for VAT variations and rounding up could add additional costs to the item price. The final amount will be displayed in the transaction order summary.
  • If you are shipping within the US, local sales tax will be charged on all orders at checkout in selected states where applicable.
