Over the last three years we have systematically improved our approach to protecting human rights. Our emphasis has gradually moved from ethical compliance to putting human rights at the core of what we do.
 
We have taken actions to address responsible recruitment, thereby encouraging more effective workplace representation and helping our factories to adopt a human-centred approach.
